545- NISO CONNECTOR
The most important feature of this connector, conform to the ISO norm, is the fast assembling, that can be completely automatic by using cut-stripper-crimper machines. STAEL’s patented self-adjusting crimping system automatically enables an excellent assembly on cables of different diameters (from 3mm to 6mm ext. diameters) without diameter adapters.
With dedicated mini-applicators also cable RG174 can be used. The inner central contact and the external contact are made of tin-plated brass. The central contact can be crimped and/or soldered by electrical or tin soldering.
Mounting instructions are available on the drawings n° 3089 and 3301 and the necessary tooling in the brochure "Niso plug".
